Sport nets - volleyball
Volleyball nets - in accordance with standard EN 1271
Dimensions: length 9,5m, height 1,0m, mesh size 10cm
Composition: netting body is made of polypropylene knotless (rashel) netting, black colour, square mesh 100x100mm. Upper side of the net is sewn by the white headband, sides and bottom are reinforced by polypropylene stripe and over-locked (competition types of volleyball nets are provided by white band on the bottom). Volleyball nets are tensed either by braided cord or galvanized steel rope or kevlar rope, which has the same tenacity as steel rope.
We produce volleyball nets of several categories according to level of charge.
Volleyball net ECONOM
- this type is intended for low-charge play.
Features:
- black PP-polypropylene knotless netting, thickness of 2,5mm, mesh 100x100mm
- upper headband is made of white reinforced PVC band of width 40mm .
- headlines: either galvanised steel rope of diam. 3,15mm, length 11,5m or braided polyamide cord of diam. 5mm and length 11,5m.

Volleyball net SPORT
- this type is intended for ordinary use of low to middle charge.
Features:
- black PP-polypropylene knotless netting, thickness of 3mm, mesh 100x100mm.
- upper headband is sewn by white woven polypropylene ribbon of width 50mm
- headlines: either galvanized steel rope of diam. 3,15mm, length 11,5m or braided cord of diam. 5mm and length 11,5m.

VOLLEYBALL NETS - LEAGUE (competition nets) - in accordance with EN 1271
Dimensions: lenght 9,5m, height 1,0m, mesh size 10cm
League's nets are in accordance with international volleyball rules and are designed for heavy charge.
We offer two levels of competition nets - Volleyball net type LEAGUE SPORT and EXTRA LEAGUE.
Composition:
netting body is made of polyethylene or polyamide knotless (rashel) netting, black colour, square mesh 100x100mm. Upper and bottom edge is coated with white robust woven band - upper band of width 75mm and bottom band of width 50mm.
Competition nets are provided with tensing lines made of either galvanised steel rope coated PVC diam. 5mm or kevral rope of length 13,5m.
Through the bottom band goes braided polyamide rope of thickness 6mm closed by
metal brace and fixing lock for perfect tensing of bottom edge.
Sides of nets are coated by band as a pocket and into this pocket the glass- fibre bars of thickness 10mm are inserted.
These reinforcing bars with tensing points subserve for perfect tense of net.
Both sides of the net are furnished with 4-6 tensioning eyelets with fixing locks for tensing the net properly.

Volleyball net LEAGUE SPORT
- this type is intended for middle to heavy charge (clubs and international competition)
Features:
- black PE-polyethylene knotless netting band of width 75mm.
- bottom headband of white woven high-tenacity PES-polyester band of width 50mm.
- upper and bottom bands have 4x raised seams
- tensing line is either galvanized steel rope coated PVC of diam. 5mm or with Kevlar rope, both of length 13,5m.
- side pockets with fiberglass dowels and rope tensioning with three fixing locks
Volleyball net EXTRA LEAGUE
- designed for heavy charge (clubs and international competition) This type of net is approved by the Czech Volleyball Association for international competition
Features:
- black PA-polyamide knotless netting, thickness of 3mm, mesh 100x100mm.
- upper headband of white woven high-tenacity PES-polyester band of width 75mm.
- bottom headband of white woven high-tenacity PES-polyester band of width 50mm.
- upper and bottom bands have 4x raised seams
- tensing line is either galvanized steel rope coated PVC of diam. 5mm or with Kevlar rope, both of length 13,5m.
- side pockets with fiberglass dowels and rope tensioning with three fixing locks
