Baseball batting tunnels - cages
These tunnels or cages serves for:
- training the baseball ball batting
- delimiting the baseball field
- security of players and spectators during training
- effective utilization of sport area (multipurpose fields, halls and gyms)

Upper edges of batting cages are reinforced by rope of thickness 6 mm and by metal eyes against the rubbing. Cage can be provided with enter for players covered with netting flap on the side of cage. Bottom edge is loaded with 200 g lead rope for absorbing the shocks.
It is better to anchor bottom corners of the netting cage to the ground.
Inner space of the batting cage can be divided in the middle by netting flap.
Placing of dividing flap inside the cage and using mobile screens make the cage space fully utilized. We recommend placing the netting flaps to the both foresides to prolong durability min. 50% more.
Installation of the complete batting tunnel - cage
- the tunnel is hanged by rope loops, which are reinforced by metal eyes, on the prepared columns around the cage.
- the tunnel can be also attached by snap hooks to the steel ropes, which are prepared longwise or crosswise above the cage
- netting cages have reinforcements in places of hanging against the rubbing and tearing.
We can supply batting cages including hanging accessories - system "unwrap and hang"
- it means including steel rope, clips for steel rope, tensing screw, snap hooks.

- this type is designed for indoor (gyms and indoor sports halls)
Composition: polyamide knotless netting, mesh size 40 mm, thickness 2 mm, black or white colour.
Baseball batting tunnel PE - 3 mm
- this type is designed for intensive training
Composition: polyethylene knotless netting, mesh size 45 mm, thickness 3 mm, green colour
Polyethylene is the most common material for production of outdoor batting tunnels.

Dimensions and shape of net are produced on order according to dimensions of your metal construction. Screen nets are made of polypropylene knotless netting, mesh size 45 mm, thickness 4 and 5 mm, green or black colour.
Screen nets are produced of doubled netting, sewn as a pocket, which can be pulled on downward the metal construction. Screen net can be anchored to the ground by metal eyes.
